Description

This video reports the early success of applying a graft between the corporotomies during inflatable penile prosthesis implantation. When the implant is partially inflated, the graft compresses the urethra eliminating minimal stress incontinence. The authors report 30 patients. 18 have 6 months follow up with 88% completely dry. The procedure was invented by Professor Robert Andrienne of Liege Belgium for climacturia following radical prostatectomy. This report has short follow up but the early results seem to predict it will also be effective for the much more prevalent mild stress incontinence following radical prostatectomy.
