Description
In this instructive surgical video, I demonstrate, step-by-step, the implantation of a malleable penile prosthesis while collectively highlighting my tips for a safer and easier procedure. I start by presenting my patient prepping routine, “2-chop incision” for corporal exposure while elaborating on my previously published “8-dot extended corporotomy technique”. Afterward, I demonstrate my “3P-rule” for safety, two corporal measurement methods, and my “Stick shift maneuver for rod stabilization and sizing confirmation. Finally, I display my "Inverted trouser cushion" for a softer and safer mummy wrap.
