This video demonstrates the step-by-step setup and optimal use of the Rigicon Self-Retaining Retractor during penoscrotal inflatable penile prosthesis surgery. Filmed in Istanbul by Dr. Buğra Çetin and narrated by Dr. Steven K. Wilson, the video focuses on retractor setup as a critical component of efficient and reproducible penile implant surgery. Proper placement of the self-retaining retractor voids the necessity for a surgical assistant while improving surgical exposure, corporal access, and may significantly reduce operative time.
