Description
Multiple reconstructive techniques are utilized to correct difficult penile injuries that occur with sexual trauma, bites, traffic accidents, penetrating injuries, amputation and iatrogenic injury. Different methods of reconstructing the urethra with associated covering flaps are demonstrated. Different free flaps were used for devastating amputation injuries with demonstration of prosthesis placement in staged manner. This video offers options following severe penile injury where complex penile reconstructions main goal is to provide the best cosmetic, sexual and urinary outcomes.
