«No clamps technique» by preparing Titan Touch (Coloplast)

This video demonstrates the features and benefits of preparing the Titan Touch (Coloplast) implant during surgery without the use of surgical clamps (Mosquito) at the time of the final closure of the connection at the connector. This implant assembly option has several advantages:

• Does not have a mechanical effect on the working components of the tubes of the implant, which excludes their damage, prolongs their durability.
• The method allows to assess the correctness of the reservoir placement, preventing autoinflation of cylinders
• The obligatory execution of a single pressing of the pump before the implantation of the cylinders eliminates the suction effect in case of premature opening of the clamp.
