Description
This video presents a surgical case demonstrating modified glanulopexy for the correction of Supersonic Transporter (SST) deformity and glans hypermobility following inflatable penile prosthesis (IPP) implantation. A modified glanulopexy is demonstrated, avoiding Buck’s fascia dissection by anchoring the glans to the tunica through dartos reinforcement. This approaches restore proper glans alignment over the prosthesis cylinders and resolve instability associated with a floppy glans.
