Infection of penile prosthesis is a serious complication that could have detrimental consequences leading to mechanical failure and even explantation of the device. The literature tackling this subject remains scarce and the available therapeutic options are antibiotic treatment, removal of the infected implant and salvage replacement with a new device or explantation of the device only. In this step-by-step surgical video, we aim to provide high quality virtual and technique guide to both urologic trainees or practicing urologists. This technique permits to treat the infection and prevent significant corporal fibrosis that could be challenging for future penile prothesis reimplantation.
