This video contains point-of-view footage of a step-by-step process in which an inflatable penile prosthetic (IPP) was implanted in a patient with severe chronic Peyronie’s disease. Penile implants are often used to correct the curvature of the penis caused by Peyronie’s plaque [1]. This video demonstrates a surgical technique in which implantation of an IPP did not adequately correct the curvature, so internal and external incision of the tunica albuginea was performed. This video demonstrates a novel approach to resolving severe Peyronie’s curvature that is otherwise not corrected with penile prosthesis.
