Description
In this video we demonstrate a variety of techniques used for management of severe Peyronie’s curvature including inflatable penile prosthesis placement, manual modeling straightening procedures, and plaque incision and grafting. We highlight the use of Tutoplast graft and the novel TachoSil collagen fleece for grafting procedures. These advanced incision/grafting techniques are applicable when excised plaque defect is greater than or equal to two centimeters. This video serves as a resource for the practicing urologist seeking to better understand the available advanced surgical approaches to managing severe Peyronie’s curvature.
