EasyThru®: A Novel Circumcision Device

The video demonstrates a surgeon using the EasyThru® circumcision device to surgically remove the patient's foreskin. The EasyThru® device is equipped with an inner bell designed to protect the glans, an outer bell featuring two cutting triggers with hidden clips, and a silicone band positioned between them. It also includes a regulating screw, two safety protectors, and a circular blade. Once the device is correctly placed and secured, it is activated, and pressure is maintained for 10 seconds. After this period, the device is removed from the penis, taking the incised foreskin with it. Following removal, the skin is inspected to ensure there are no issues with the sealing process and to check for any residual bleeding. This video outlines the innovative circumcision device and provides important technique considerations for its use.
