Description
Peyronie’s disease (PD) frequently coexists with erectile dysfunction (ED), particularly among diabetic and older men. Surgical intervention is indicated for patients with significant penile curvature and sexual impairment refractory to medical therapy. This video illustrates three surgical strategies for PD with ED. The first demonstrates a mesh technique for curvatures between 45° and 60°. The second shows the modeling maneuver performed with partial prosthesis inflation in two 90-second cycles. The third presents correction of a 90° curvature using plaque incision, bovine pericardium grafting, and penile prosthesis implantation. Grafting techniques achieve 80–90% success, and postoperative satisfaction after prosthesis placement exceeds 90%, with penile shortening as the most frequent complaint. Mastery of all available surgical options is essential to optimize outcomes and achieve functional and anatomical restoration in patients with PD and concomitant ED.
