Description

This video demonstrates a urological emergency in a 30-year old patient. After circumcision this patient is seen at first aid with a rapid progressive necrotic event. This patient needed urgent surgical therapy. Because of necrosis of the penile skin, the penile skin was removed and the penis was embedded in the scrotum. 8 months later in a second stage procedure a ventral lifting of the penile shaft is demonstrated with a penile and scrotum reconstruction.

The patient was seen with a follow up of 6 months and subsequently fathered a child.
