Description

The aim of this abstract is to stimulate research in both clinical and surgical fields to address a rare condition, which becomes even more uncommon when involving male genitalia. I hope this article will spark curiosity and interest among readers, bringing a frequently overlooked condition back to the center of scientific discussion and fostering the development of effective care pathways for patients who often face it alone.

As physicians, urologists, and andrologists, we have a responsibility to support patients affected by rare diseases, which frequently present with manifestations distant from routine clinical practice. Familiarity with these presentations allows us to recognize them in clinical settings, provide appropriate management, or at least establish structured pathways for the care of these patients.
