Peyronie’s disease; penile prosthesis

This video demonstrates the sliding technique combined with implant of penile prosthesis. The surgery is executed with two longitudinal incisions at three and nine o’clock that are connected with a proximal and distal / ventral and dorsal semi-circular incision that allows sliding and lengthening of the penis. The technique of isolation of the neurovascular bundle and preparation of the corpus spongiosum is demonstrated. Additionally, the technique of stabilisation of the penis is shown in detail. The results of this surgery are discussed in a multicentre collection of 21 patients.  The mean gain of length is 21 millimetres. Data of these patients have been collected with a follow up of 1 year.
